Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of martial arts have many reasons for their interest in the martial arts. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Our Filipino Martial Arts program combines 5 different disciplines. We start with a base in Modern Arnis. A Filipino martial art system known for its use of (1 or 2) rattan sticks, or a knife, or a combination one of each. A dynamic fighting system that applies to empty hand, bladed or blunt objects and easily migrates into any other system of karate. It is the ART within your art (words of the founder, professor Remy A. Presas).
